The High North, Scotland and Europe’s Arctic Frontier

What happens in the Arctic region has now become a focus of major international interest. It has become the subject of security and geopolitical interest for a wide range of states including the US, China, and Russia, along with the European Union, and of course the UK.  This event is organised by the Scottish Council on Global Affairs, it will feature leading international experts on these issues.
