With Scotland’s organic farmland at only 2%, David McKay, Co-Director of the Scottish Soil Association asks Thomas Waitz, Green MEP for Austria, how Austria increased organic farmland to more than 30% in just 23 years. The showing of the interview will be followed by a Q&A with David McKay, Rachel Ives of Balermino Organic Farm, Fife and Ariane Burgess, recent Scottish Green Party Spokesperson on Rural Affairs.
